The best thing about this rental is the location. It is hard to park in Manitou Springs, but because we were only a few blocks from the shops and restaurants, we just parked at the rental and walked everywhere. The place itself is also lovely and pet-friendly. We were grateful they had extra accommodations for dogs like a spot by the hot tub to go to the bathroom. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home is very neat and clean . Kristin did a great job of providing instructions from how to use the stove to things to do in the local area. The Jacuzzi was wonderful to get in at the end of the day, after hiking and site seeing. We are big outdoor activity people and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. Lots of hiking trails, Manitou Incline and the Cog Rail up to Pikes Peak are all located within walking distance of the home. Must mention, downtown is within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants. One last thing I forgot to mention, the towns people are very dog friendly. Most places we went , in town, (restaurants, clothing stores, etc..) allowed dogs to come into their location. They also provided our dog with water and/or dog treats.

Stay was great. Host accommodating when washer quit working. Seen lots of deer in the mornings. This Airbnb has a lot of potential and the host is steady in working on it.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for 4 nights and it was well worth the price! Everything was just the way it was described and the hosts were very helpful the responsive. Great views and a great place to stay if you’re in the area. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip and we will be returning next time we are in the area!

The Bluebell was the perfect place for our trip. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Kristin was very responsive to any requests. She gave clear directions about the TV. You have to press the knob underneath and click it to the right. Then select the third HDMI for streaming. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you, Kristin.

This place was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and experience Manitou Springs for the first time. The home was very clean and better than expected! Kristin was an amazing host and checking in and out was as easy as it gets. The hot tub was awesome (especially after the incline and hiking) Only a 10 minute walk to Cog Railway, Incline, Barr Trail, and many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, located between the Cog Railway & downtown, the Incline is next the railway. 10 min walk to everything Manitou has to offer. Place was clean & comfortable would definitely stay again. Kristin is a fantastic host.

We loved our stay in Manitou Springs. The house itself is beautiful with a great location. Kristin’s place is super walkable to town and a very close drive to garden of the gods and cave of the winds. We had our 2mo old with us so we didn’t do as much as other folks probably do but this place was perfect for us. The hot tub and roof top deck was a nice little extra.

Great deal for a beautiful, small, home base while on your vacation. The location is PERFECT, so close to so many beautiful and touristy places! Kristin was so sweet and responsive while providing perfect description of the place and filling it with anything you could need!

Location was within easy walking distance of downtown Manitou Springs. Lots of great activities in close proximity, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, Cog Rail, Cliff Dwellers park. We also had the unique opportunity to watch the area dusted with a light snow. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.
