Very nice stay. Easy to get to and get around. Be careful with the driveway since it’s unpaved, but plenty of parking nearby and it’s very clear in the description. Great stay!

The place was amazing. Perfect if you want to be within walking distance of the Manitou Springs downtown shops/restaurants. We would walk to breakfast/dinner every day and it would be a 10 minute walk at most. Right by the Manitou Incline and other hikes as well. Very clean. Responsive host. Hot tub on the deck was awesome too. For being so close to downtown, it still felt quiet and secluded. 10/10 would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.
