My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The space is comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed (bring your own large knives for cooking) and the location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Not sure if host can take credit for this but the weather for our early March visit was great. Sunny warm days except one day with a nice snow fall. Walking distance to downtown is great.
The house was very comfortable and well-appointed, from the hand lotions and tissues to the hot tub robes and shower supplies. I appreciated the very comfortable bed and nice blankets around the house. The garage was very handy. But the absolute best part of this house is the balcony overlooking the street, the sound of the stream constant and strong 24-7. Seeing the after-dark hikers lights going down the Manitou Incline and Barr Trail all hours of the night from the bedroom is also very special. We will book here again!

The host was awesome, great communication, with lots of information about the area. Home was exactly like the pics, and very clean. We found everything in Manitou within walking distance of the propert. Great location. Highly recommend to those looking for a quirky (not to touristy) mountain town with lots to do.

We really enjoyed our visit to Kristin’s home in Manitou Springs. The home was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We loved that the location was within easy walking distance to the shops, bars/restaurants, and coffee places in the center of the adorable neighborhood. It was also a very quick drive to Colorado Springs and main attractions such as Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak (both of which we enjoyed). We enjoyed the best of both worlds with the quiet and privacy we wanted at night, without sacrificing our ability to see the sites during the day. We also really appreciated the amenities, including an off street, private parking garage and outdoor hot tub. I highly recommend this home. It was absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. (The visit also left me wondering why I live in the northeast.)

We enjoyed staying in Manitou Springs! It was an easy walk to all the cute shops and eateries downtown. We also walked to Pikes peak cog. The hot tub was so nice at the end of every day and privately located on the rooftop. The bed was very comfortable! It was also easy to communicate with the host! This is a fantastic place!

Stay was great. Host accommodating when washer quit working. Seen lots of deer in the mornings. This Airbnb has a lot of potential and the host is steady in working on it.

The Bluebell was the perfect place for our trip. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Kristin was very responsive to any requests. She gave clear directions about the TV. You have to press the knob underneath and click it to the right. Then select the third HDMI for streaming. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you, Kristin.

Very nice stay. Easy to get to and get around. Be careful with the driveway since it’s unpaved, but plenty of parking nearby and it’s very clear in the description. Great stay!

Great location and conveniently located near all the essentials. Mountain Mama down the road has all kinds of natural food/supplements. Definitely recommend parking on the street rather than the driveway. It is STEEP and uneven and my SUV struggled to climb it. Other than that, the place was nice for a week long stay.
