- You'll have the home, a private patio and yard to yourself. the other property has its own parking, yard and patio as well.
- The driveway to access the homes is shared, please do not park in the driveway.
- The building is a standalone cottage located on a property with one other cottage. They are separate homes, with a large patio & privacy fence in between.
- Steep gravel driveway! 4x4 or AWD is best, but a sedan can make it up fine with a little momentum as well.
- There is a parking spot on the side of the alley if you do not want to use the driveway
- The home is in a historic neighborhood where many homes have alley access. The neighborhood is in the process of being gentrified and has original homes mixed in with some modern/new "high end" homes and mixed zoning.

Stay was great. Host accommodating when washer quit working. Seen lots of deer in the mornings. This Airbnb has a lot of potential and the host is steady in working on it.

Very nice stay. Easy to get to and get around. Be careful with the driveway since it’s unpaved, but plenty of parking nearby and it’s very clear in the description. Great stay!

Great location and conveniently located near all the essentials. Mountain Mama down the road has all kinds of natural food/supplements. Definitely recommend parking on the street rather than the driveway. It is STEEP and uneven and my SUV struggled to climb it. Other than that, the place was nice for a week long stay.

Overall, it was an amazing trip! I would definitely recommend this spot for people who are wanting a cute trip for just the girls or even a couples trip! My friends and I loved the central location spot where we were able to travel to anything we wanted to do within 20 minutes! Definitely would recommend!

Kristin was one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was extremely helpful, responded very quickly, helped me navigate a payment issue with Airbnb in a calm and patient manner, and was really fun to communicate with.
Her space was perfect as I navigated the loss of my mother, the whole reason for my stay. Her home is warm and inviting and quiet and has everything you need.
The location is really amazing and places you close to major arteries between Denver and Colorado Springs and all the nature you can handle.
FYI, if it’s has snowed, I highly recommend that you have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle. Her driveway isn’t too steep or long but it would be tricky to navigate with ice or deep snow with the right vehicle.
