- You'll have the home, a private patio and yard to yourself. the other property has its own parking, yard and patio as well. - The driveway to access the homes is shared, please do not park in the driveway. - The building is a standalone cottage located on a property with one other cottage. They are separate homes, with a large patio & privacy fence in between. - Steep gravel driveway! 4x4 or AWD is best, but a sedan can make it up fine with a little momentum as well. - There is a parking spot on the side of the alley if you do not want to use the driveway - The home is in a historic neighborhood where many homes have alley access. The neighborhood is in the process of being gentrified and has original homes mixed in with some modern/new "high end" homes and mixed zoning.
