The second floor features an open kitchen and living area with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a patio with the relaxing sounds of the creek below. On the third floor, you will find the master suite and a loft area. From the master, acces the rooftop hot tub which is set against the Mountain, creating a naturally private space with serene views!

-Guests may use garage for parking. -Please be mindful the owner does use the home between guest bookings and owner areas are labeled for your convenience. - 1 dog allowed with pet fee, no cats due to owner allergies. - This property does not have an attached pet area, please be aware you'll need to walk your pup for potty breaks. Please ensure to clean up after your pet. - Trash pickup is Tuesday morning between 8am-noon. Bin is located in the Garage. -Please reach out if you have any special requests, we work hard to accommodate you.

Not sure if host can take credit for this but the weather for our early March visit was great. Sunny warm days except one day with a nice snow fall. Walking distance to downtown is great. The house was very comfortable and well-appointed, from the hand lotions and tissues to the hot tub robes and shower supplies. I appreciated the very comfortable bed and nice blankets around the house. The garage was very handy. But the absolute best part of this house is the balcony overlooking the street, the sound of the stream constant and strong 24-7. Seeing the after-dark hikers lights going down the Manitou Incline and Barr Trail all hours of the night from the bedroom is also very special. We will book here again!
