- You'll have the home, a private patio and yard to yourself. the other property has its own parking, yard and patio as well.
- The driveway to access the homes is shared, please do not park in the driveway.
- The building is a standalone cottage located on a property with one other cottage. They are separate homes, with a large patio & privacy fence in between.
- Steep gravel driveway! 4x4 or AWD is best, but a sedan can make it up fine with a little momentum as well.
- There is a parking spot in front of the cottage or in front of the carport
- The home is in a historic neighborhood where many homes have alley access. The neighborhood is in the process of being gentrified and has original homes mixed in with some modern/new "high end" homes and mixed zoning.

The Bluebell was the perfect place for our trip. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Kristin was very responsive to any requests. She gave clear directions about the TV. You have to press the knob underneath and click it to the right. Then select the third HDMI for streaming. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you, Kristin.

Great deal for a beautiful, small, home base while on your vacation. The location is PERFECT, so close to so many beautiful and touristy places! Kristin was so sweet and responsive while providing perfect description of the place and filling it with anything you could need!

Kristin was a great host! she had answers to all of my questions and the place was perfect and worth way more than what I paid for it! for Colorado springs. this is a must-have place to stay. it's a little college right next to the outdoors and only a 10 or 15 minute walk from downtown.

This property is so cute!
This was our first time in Colorado Springs and we were so grateful for the location of this listing to restaurants , local shops, and trails. Most importantly, 10 minutes from GARDEN OF THE GODS 🩵

Kristin was easy to work with, responsive, and very kind. She adds a great list of stuff to do on her page in Airbnb app. The proximity to downtown is what we enjoyed. I will look for this spot next time I’m in town.

Kristin’s Airbnb was great! It’s in a perfect location to get to downtown, the historic district and to Manitou Springs. The place was spotless, the bed very cozy and just a great all around place to stay. She clearly listens to feedback as there is now a microwave and toaster oven in the unit. It was very private and quiet. She was very communicative, letting us know that a utility worker may be on the property while we were there and she let us check in a little early. Overall a great place and hostess. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in Colorado Springs!

This has been one of our most favorite places to stay so far! The cottage is perfect, it’s soooo cute and had everything we needed! There are gorgeous views all around and you’re not far from some of the best sightseeing ventures in Colorado! Kristin was so helpful and responsive, and we would love to stay here again! 🤩
